Suzanne Lemieux is not your average dean! With a Master’s in Sociology and a Ph.D. in Human Studies, she’s been the head of Health Sciences at College Boréal since July 2021. But don’t let the academic titles fool you – she’s got a fun side too!
Before diving into the academic world, Suzanne made her mark as a manager at Public Health Sudbury & Districts for nearly 9 years. She’s not just an academic, though – she’s a musical soul at heart.
Suzanne has a background in music and loves nothing more than singing with friends and family. When she’s not wearing her academic cap, you’ll find her embracing the great outdoors, from biking and snowboarding to kayaking and sailing. Born and raised in Blind River, she’s a proud mother of two teenagers and a loving wife. Family time for Suzanne is all about board games and outdoor adventures.
And if you ever find yourself at her place, get ready to be treated to an amazing dinner, followed by a night of games and music. Suzanne Lemieux – academic by day, fun-loving adventurer by night!
