Born and raised in Timmins, Ontario and made Azilda home 10 years ago. Single mom with a beautiful 15-year-old daughter. I have been working for Komatsu Mining for 9 years. Currently working as a warehouse supervisor.
Currently taking a program to become a certified spiritual life coach, Intuitive energy healer and hypnotherapist on the side as mental health is extremely important to me. My goal is just to take this knowledge and experience in my own life to help others around me. “Helping one person might not change the entire world but it could change the world for one person. “
Helping others has always been something I felt the need to do. From volunteering in Jamaica helping build homes for the homeless, helping prepare meals for the homeless here in Sudbury through Bizzzy Bea’s with my daughter to volunteering for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
My passions are traveling, music, and dancing. I grew up figure skating, have my brown belt in Karate, some jazz and tap dancing as well growing up. In the early 2000’s I was introduced to latin music and dancing, and I learnt to salsa, merengue and bachata and it has been part of my life ever since. Living in the Toronto area for a decade for work, I had the opportunity to continue my love for latin dancing by taking local classes. When I moved up to the Sudbury area, I met Zoi and Dancing with Northern Latin Flavor has helped keep this passion alive.
April 2024, I had the opportunity to compete in the Mrs. Ms. Regional Canada Empowerment Pageant and won the peoples choice and photogenic award.
I am always looking for a challenge, something to push myself out of my comfort zone and always looking for a good cause to raise awareness for which is why I am excited to be part of this year’s dancing with the stars, to help bring awareness to children with disabilities and help give the children more opportunities to find their passions and achieve their dreams.
