Mandy Dorego is a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and founder of a women-focused fitness community dedicated to building strength, confidence, and resilience in women and youth athletes. With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Mandy has made it her life’s mission to empower others to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier — both physically and mentally.
As a mom of two youth athletes, Mandy understands firsthand the importance of community, compassion, and creating supportive spaces where people can thrive. Her work extends beyond fitness, focusing on confidence-building, injury prevention, and long-term well-being for women and young athletes alike. Giving back to youth has always been close to her heart, which makes participating in Dancing with Easter Seals Stars – A Night at the Movies especially meaningful.
Mandy is honoured to support Easter Seals, an organization that creates inclusive, empowering opportunities for children and youth with physical disabilities. She deeply believes in Easter Seals’ commitment to building healthy, mindful, and supportive communities — values that align perfectly with her own.
Movement has always been a huge part of Mandy’s life. In her younger years, she was a dancer and cheerleader for the Toronto Argonauts, and she has always loved music, rhythm, and expressing joy through movement. From the gym to the dance floor, Mandy believes movement is a powerful tool for confidence, connection, and healing.
Being a contestant is both an honour and an exciting challenge, and Mandy is proud to commit to raising funds in support of this incredible cause. She is thrilled to step outside her comfort zone, give back to the community she loves, and dance for something truly special.
