Lola Van Kuren is a dance educator, choreographer, and performer with experience in jazz, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary. She began dancing at a young age and has spent much of her dance journey training and teaching at Dance Barre, where she has had the opportunity to work with the studio’s recreational, pre-competitive, and competitive programs as both an educator and choreographer.
Lola was also a member of the University of Windsor’s Lancer Competitive Dance Company for two years, further expanding her experience as a performer and a teammate. Outside of dance, Lola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Honours Psychology and hopes to continue her education by pursuing a Bachelor of Education. Her passion for working with and inspiring students extends beyond the studio and is something she hopes to carry into the future with her.
Lola is thrilled to be stepping into this exciting experience for DWESS and is excited to combine her love of dance with the opportunity to support Easter Seals!
