Josi Paladino is a proud Hamiltonian, entrepreneur, and co-owner of Palcon Excavating, where she has spent much of her career helping to grow and manage the family business. Outside of construction, she taps into her creative side by running a balloon and event-rental business. She is also the proud mom of a six-year-old boy and a nine-year-old fur baby, making motherhood by far her most rewarding role. Always up for a challenge, she loves trying new things, even if it means stepping outside of her comfort zone. She has always loved to dance and is a longtime fan of Dancing with the Stars, so the chance to take part in a local version while raising funds and giving back to the community makes the experience even more exciting and meaningful. She is excited to hit the dance floor and make a difference.
