Cara Krezek is the Founder and Chief Purpose Officer of both The Talent Strategy Collective, a consulting practice focused on strengths-based leadership and purpose-driven strategy, and The Apiary, a female-focused co-working space in downtown St. Catharines. A published researcher, certified Strengths Coach, and longtime national leader in career education.
She’s a proud mom of four (plus two dogs), a lover of Niagara’s wine and community spirit, and is putting the finishing touches on her first book. She’s honoured, and just a little terrified, to take the stage for her first ballroom dance, all in support of Easter Seals.
