I am a single Sudbury hockey mom, of two boys. I am blessed to have two smart, healthy, big hearted children. I am incredibly proud to be the founder of Jungle Gym Gymnastics right here in Sudbury, I owned and operated the gym for just over 20 years. My retirement lasted for about 3 minutes.
As much as I loved being a stay-at-home mom, my passion is helping people live their best lives.
We all know the importance of physical fitness. I believe that we need to make mental and emotional health equally as important. The way we think affects our emotions; our emotions affect our behaviour. Dancing is going to be a part of my mental and emotional training for the next few months,
and for an amazing cause.
I am equal parts excited and nervous. I will let everyone know if I love dancing in front of hundreds of people! yikes! Come out on February 23rd and support the Easter Seals Foundation. You’ll be glad you did.
