Amy Wysocki (she/her) is a passionate, Canadian-based dance artist with over 15 years of teaching experience. Owner & Creative Director of Move With AW The Studio (@awthestudio) in Burlington, ON.
A graduate of Broadway Dance Center’s (NYC) International Student Visa Program. Training in contemporary dance & working closely with mentors Cat Cogliandro and Jenn Freeman. In New York, Amy danced on Good Morning America for Icona Pop’s “I Love It” and for The Mad Stuntman’s “I Like To Move It”.
Other performance experiences include: Toronto Fringe Festival, Classified “Payday” music video, YogaFest Festival, Toronto Dance Teachers’ Expo, CNE Bellosound “Sketch Stage”, Dancing With Easter Seals Stars and Much Music’s Electric Circus New Year’s Eve Bash.
Amy is a certified Barre fitness instructor and longtime yoga fanatic, crediting her passion for fitness to the athletic style of her teaching and choreography. She teaches, choreographs and adjudicates across Canada, with award-winning choreography and recognized students. Amy strives to continually learn as a student in order to grow and develop as a teacher and choreographer. Leading by example through hard work and determination, Amy loves to inspire and share her passion with others in the dance and fitness community.
