Joe Barile was born in Italy and moved to Windsor as an infant. A proud graduate of Assumption High School and the University of Windsor Ron Ianni Faculty of Law ’01, Joe practiced law at a local law firm for 10 years before moving to Essex Power Corporation, where he is currently the Vice President of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs. For the past 15 years, Joe has been the president of the Essex County Soccer Association and also enjoys coaching, refereeing and still playing! Joe and his wife Maria are proud parents of Isabella, Sophia, Gabriella (his dance partner) and Olivia – all Dance Barre alumni or current dancers.
