Kristina Shea is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, podcast host, and business advisor based in Burlington. She is the founder of BlueSky BlueOcean AI, an advisory firm guiding organizations in the strategic adoption of AI, and WomenUp™, an AI education and networking platform supporting professional women. She advises leaders on integrating AI and strategic communications to build scalable, future-ready businesses and serves as a Board Director with the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
A proud single mom, Kristina understands the hopes and dreams parents carry for their children. Supporting initiatives that create opportunity, belonging, and joy for children is deeply personal to her.
Kristina spent many of her younger years dancing, where she learned discipline, courage, and the power of movement to express joy and freedom.
She has cherished memories of camping with her mom and later with Girl Guides, experiences that shaped her confidence, independence, and lifelong friendships. Those moments remain close to her heart and continue to remind her how powerful camp can be in a child’s life. She is honoured to support sending children with disabilities to camp, giving them the chance to build independence, form friendships, embrace adventure, and create memories that last a lifetime.
