Arlette brings more than four decades of professional and community leadership to everything she does. She has been a commercial real estate broker for 43 years and has proudly owned and operated her own brokerage firm since 1995.
A deeply committed community volunteer, Arlette has chaired the RVH Foundation and the BIA and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Barrie for 29 years. Her leadership roles include serving as Rotary Club President from 2008–2009 and as Club Foundation Chair from 2019–2023. Through her extensive volunteer work, Arlette has gained a deep understanding of the needs within her community and is proud to support another truly worthy cause through Easter Seals.
Outside of work and volunteering, Arlette enjoys travel and has been fortunate to explore much of the world. She loves staying active and has always had a passion for dance, making this experience a perfect fit.
She is supported every step of the way by her husband of 34 years, Sheldon Pomer, known for his constant encouragement of all her personal and professional pursuits.
