Kendra is the passionate owner and creative force behind Kinetic Elements Dance Inc. in the heart of Downtown Grimsby. With comprehensive certifications from the Performing Arts Educators of Canada (PAEC) in Modern and Urban dance, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role. Her commitment to continuous growth is reflected in her recent certification in Progressing Ballet Technique and her training with the Professional Adjudicators Alliance.
Kendra started dance at a young age and found her passion in life. Trained in Modern dance, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Jazz, she was able to continue her passion at George Brown College in their Dance Program. Since graduating from George Brown College, Kendra has performed and trained across Canada and throughout the world, including India and the Middle East, with Illusionist Ryan Joyce. Kendra also worked for years with Mad Science, touring and living in the United States, pursuing her dream of being a stage performer.
Kendra’s dedication extends beyond technical mastery; she is also a Youth Protection Advocate in Dance (YPAD) certified professional, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all dancers. Her innovative spirit shines through in her development of Decipher, a unique program designed to harness the power of movement to help young dancers discover their strengths, build confidence, and enhance their self-esteem.
At Kinetic Elements Dance Inc., Kendra is committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic space where dancers of all ages can thrive and express themselves through the art of dance. This is Kendra’s first year as a volunteer for the Dance with Easter Seals charity event, and she is thrilled to be taking part in such an amazing event and giving back to children in need.
