Renee Meloche is a Windsor native, having grown up in the Amherstburg area. Renee started dancing at age 4, experiencing many different styles of dance. She pursued dance at the college level, which exposed Renee to many movement & healing modalities. Being one of the first instructors to bring Pilates to the Windsor area in 20000, Renee has had a full career in the Pilates, yoga & healing arts arena for over 25 years. Travelling internationally for seven & a half years, Renee represented STOTT Pilates, Merrithew, teaching certification courses, workshops, & presenting at large conferences. Returning to the Windsor area in 2012 to focus on family, Renee rebuilt her business from a small home studio, expanding it several times to what is now Jellyfish Pilates in the Lakeshore area. Renee continues to see clients from a wide range of ages & abilities. She offers her own certification courses & loves working with & mentoring fellow Pilates teachers. When not in Jellyfish studio, you can find Renee cheering on one of her three talented children! Either in an arena watching her two boys, James & Jack, participate in their travel hockey adventures, or at the Dance Barre with her daughter, Nora. Watching her daughter perform & compete has inspired Renee to take to the stage once again. Renee is excited to participate in giving back to the community & assisting other children pursue their dreams.
