My Name is Walter Beal, I was born and raised in Brantford, Ontario. I graduated a robotic technician course from motorman Canada (Mississauga) in 1998.
In 2018 my work slowed, and the company transferred employees on afternoons to day shift and my dance career started. In 2018 I started attending a line dance class. In 2019 a group of ladies started their own beginner line dance class “Just dance line dance team” and asked me to join them. From their a member of the line dance team asked me to be her partner in ballroom dancing. I started taking lessons and eventually became a member at Art in Motion (Brantford) in 2019. Currently I practice Salsa and Bachata at Studio G in Hamilton.
Since graduating from robotics, I found a great joy and giving back to the youths of today. I was a basketball coach for C.Y.O. (Catholic youth organization, Brantford). My highlight of coaching was when I was offered to coach a novice rep team (nine and under, girls) in 2013-2014. We went on to win the Ontario Basketball Association division five novice GOLD MEDAL.
More recently I have been a Big Brother and have been matched with my mini for four years and counting. I am very excited to take part in this event for Easter Seals and continue helping youth in the community.
