Laura has taken her family farm and transformed her vision into a thriving diversified agricultural business reality.
Operating a 32 acre fruit farm, running a 4000 sq foot retail country store and recently launching a country Wedding business alongside her daughter Krystyna, she has created a dynamic Mom/Daughter working relationship.
Peach Country Venue Niagara is a beautiful barn Wedding Venue nestled in the heart of her 32 acre peach farm. Built by her talented father, and transformed by herself and her daughter, Laura preserved through the challenges of starting a new business using renegade resourcefulness while operating the existing family businesses.
Laura co-founded the retail store Peach Country Farm Market 33 years ago with her parents and is proud to be at the helm of the family farm that was founded in 1955. Taking an existing business model from her grandfather and inspired by her father’s talents and vision she was able to pivot an existing wholesale peach business and transform it into the retail success it is today.
She is passionate about real food, educating her clients, customers and employees about farming and is dedicated to promoting a culture of compassion.
Her experience as an advocate for her family members experiencing mobility issues and navigating the existing healthcare system first hand has made her determined to bring awareness to those who struggle with health issues and to find solutions to improve their lives. She is honoured to be a part of Easter Seals Campaign to raise funds and awareness.
Laura is grateful for the people and circumstances that have empowered her and tries to make a positive difference in the lives of those she encounters. Along with her husband Stan, she is a proud parent to Mark, Krystyna and son-in-law Hayden and is grateful for the encouragement and support of her family.
