I am the lucky mamma of 2 amazing, smart, athletic and kind boys. They are the centre of my heart and my world, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am the proud founder of Jungle Gym Gymnastics. I had the privilege of serving Sudbury families through my business for just over 20 years. After selling JG, I made a career change, into life coaching and supportive counselling. I have a passion for communication, and I have had great success with helping couples, parents and children, and even colleagues relearn how to communicate thoughtfully and effectively with each other.
My new career has led me to developing a program for teens and adults who struggle with ADHD so that they can learn to be high functioning and successful, all while restoring self-worth, self-confidence and peace of mind. I love my new career so much, that I am back in school so that I can earn a degree in Social Work. I plan on using my degree so that I can build a much-needed mental health business in our amazing city that will house programs for people who need support with things such as anxiety, depression, grief, to athletes who need coaching in terms of sports psychology training, and much more. I am SO excited to participate with Sudbury Dancing With The Stars again this year, as a judge.
Last year I had the privilege of participating as a star dancer and cannot express enough appreciation for taking home the people’s choice award. Not only is it a fun and exciting event that happens in our community, but it raises much needed funds and awareness to the kids and families that need the support from the Easter Seals foundation.
Thank you, MJ, for including me in this heart-warming event. We won’t let the Easter Seals families down. I am beyond honoured to participate in this event. Dancing With The Stars Sudbury sparks joy, bravery, and generosity.
