Daniel Piscione and his lovely wife Patricia live in the north part of Brampton, frequented occasionally in their backyard by the deer from Heart Lake. Their four grown-up children, Jeff, Nicole, Rob and Justin have graced them with FIVE beautiful grand-daughters and ONE handsome grandson. And, they love to come and visit Gramma Pat and Nonno to play bocce in the backyard and roll down the hill.
Danny is President and owner of a small construction company for the past 35 years. Needless to say, he loves his work. But, he also finds time to golf in the summer, (and when Patricia says it’s time to travel, they go south or west to play!), and curl in the winter, (but the knees are giving him trouble). But, then there’s always COOKING! With Mrs. P’s blessing and encouragement (LOL), he cooks his heart out on weekends − and he’s actually a pretty good chef!
When Lily asked him to be a part of such a great event and dance for Easter Seals kids, once his eyes dried, he couldn’t say no. Especially to Lily!
Danny’s been known to “glide” around the dance floor in his youth. His James Brown “splits” are a thing of the past, (it wouldn’t be a pretty sight these days) but he still may have a “twist” or a “jive” in his shoes.
As mentioned above, having six grand-kids is very special. And, being a part of such a giving event is something that is an honour to just be considered. Danny’s close association with current and past participants only motivates him more.
He is looking forward to seeing some old friends at the event.
