Hello, my name is Dan Arcand. I started my career in retail banking 34 years ago with TD Canada Trust and never looked back. I am passionate about leadership as well as coaching and developing others and TD has given me plenty of opportunity to do what I love. I started my banking career in Hamilton and returned to the area after working as a Branch Manager in multiple locations across the Golden Horseshoe. I currently hold a district leadership role, leading a group of 8 branches in the Hamilton area.
Although born in Quebec and raised in the Niagara Region, the Greater Hamilton area has been home since I moved here at 18 years old to attend Mohawk College. I currently live in Stoney Creek with my partner of 31 years and our lovable dog Bailey. During my down time, it’s all about spending time with family and friends and planning the next travel adventure. As an avid cruiser and traveler, I have had the opportunity to visit 6 continents and over 30 countries.
I have been supporting the community for many years, volunteering and fundraising for many organizations along the way. I am eager to support Easter Seals and I’m proud to be part of this event. Although I have not had any formal dancing experience, I am up for a challenge and I am looking forward to a fun night. Your support is greatly appreciated!
