Arnold here, your energetic amateur salsa dancer! By night I am the General Manager at Del’s Italian Kitchen, a place where we grow the talent and ability of our team every day.
I come from a long experience of supporting the community through events and cuisine, you may know me from Hosting Top Chef KW and as the Founder of UFG in downtown Kitchener. I want to bring everyone to the table, and as a father, I know how valuable children’s participation is.
I love to be active and social and find ways I can connect with people, usually, I do this with cooking and sharing the beauty of food, so dancing is a big departure for me! This chance to support Easter Seals, and their work with Kids, is a fantastic honor and one I am excited to share with my own son.
I’m prepared to bring the heat from the kitchen to the dance floor!
